Terms of Service

DonorMatchPro is a closed B2B platform. Access is by invitation only and is not open to the general public.

Eligible users are limited to licensed clinics, licensed cryobanks, and verified donor agents.

Consulting fees are invoiced separately from any payment made to a medical facility for biological material.

Members agree not to bypass DonorMatchPro to transact directly with a party introduced through the platform for a period of 12 months following the introduction.

Governing law and jurisdiction are specified in the individual partner agreement signed at onboarding.
